In contrast to a shared hosting account where the data is backed up by the provider, when you use a virtual or a dedicated server you'll need to keep manual backups because this type of a service is not supplied by default. As good as a server might be, there is always a chance that something may go wrong. For example, you might delete some content accidentally or a script-driven program might get damaged after an update. If you have a backup, you will not need to worry about this kind of problems since the content can be easily restored. Since it may not be really convenient to do this regularly on your end, we supply an optional backup service for all of our web server packages and we will store a copy of your content on a separate hosting server to be certain that it is undamaged no matter what. With the upgrade, you'll be able to work on your hosting server without having to worry that you may lose any information due to any reason.

Weekly Backup in Dedicated Servers

When you use one of our dedicated web hosting plans, you could take full advantage of the optional backup service with no more than a few clicks. You can include it during the initial signup and have backups made the instant your hosting server is operational or you could add it afterwards through your CP just in case you decide that you'll need it for the future. With this service, fifty Gigabytes of disk space on a separate web server shall be reserved for you all the time, so in case anything breaks down with a website or some other web app, we can instantly restore the information. You can get weekly backups not only as an independent service, but also as a part of our Managed Services pack, which incorporates many other tasks our admins can perform for you such as installing third-party apps and updating the OS of your dedicated web server. This would allow you to work on your web apps without worrying that something may go not as planned.
